Fitness influencer Jen Selter is not afraid to show off the results of all of her hard work in her latest Instagram video.
On Monday, October 3, the 29-year-old fitness model gave her followers a healthy dose of Monday Motivation by sharing a standing ab workout in a tie-dye blue bikini top with a matching thong.

On Monday, October 3, the New York native shared a workout video on Instagram in a tie-dye blue thong bikini and matching thong. She topped off the look with a baseball cap and white sneakers. In the video, Jen grabs a neon green dumbbell and holds it straight out in front of her before she kicks her legs straight up to meet the dumbbell.
In another exercise, she does standing crunches before she passes the dumbbell around her body. She then holds the dumbbell at her chest as she does jumping jacks, then moves into a few cross-body punches and twisting lunges before she flashes her sunned buns for the camera.
Set to the video of Sage The Gemini’s “Tick Tick Boom,” featuring BygTwo3, Jen gave her followers a lengthy caption to share some of her workout motivation with her 13.5 million Instagram followers.
“Remember, you always have what it takes to be the best version of yourself, you just have to believe in yourself and never give up!” she wrote in the caption. “Grab dumbbells and let’s get after it fam!” She wrapped up the post with the hashtags #motivation and #fitness.

She then covers them with matching checkered leggings and flaunts her famous booty for the camera before hopping into strappy black heels.
She tops off the look with a puffy black jacket and grabs a black handbag with a long silver chain before she stands out on her balcony and strikes a pose for the camera, showing that she’s ready to go in hardy any time at all. The video was set to the tune of Tabata Song’s “Mi Gente.”
