Fitness influencer Jen Selter loves to show off how flexible she is for her Instagram followers.
In her latest video, she headed to the beach at sunset and put her flawless physique on display for her fans in an itty bitty bikini that didn’t leave much to the imagination.

In her latest Instagram video, the 29-year-old model is wearing a thong bikini, although it mostly fades into her silhouette as she performs a variety of yoga exercises barefoot on the beach at sunset. Set to the tune of Avicii’s “The Nights,” white text over the video reads, “If you want to be strong, learn to enjoy being alone!” Jen repeated the message in the caption of the post.

In her Instagram Stories, the New York native couldn’t resist showing off how flexible she is. Even while wearing a white cropped sweatshirt and matching sweats, she still had no problem grabbing hold of one of her socks as she pulled her foot up.
To be fair, she might be bracing it against the window, but it’s still an impressive feat nonetheless as she gives fans a spectacular view from her apartment at sunset.
In another recent Instagram Story, she was doing yoga on a wooden dock in the Hamptons in a cherry red workout bra and leggings when she decided to pull one foot up over her head.
“Since when am I this flexible,” she wrote in white text over the top of the photo.
It looks like she is only getting more flexible by the day as she continues to share her stretching videos and photos of her results with her Instagram followers.
In yet another Instagram Story that the 29-year-old model posted earlier this month, she can be seen doing a split as she sits on a yoga mat. She has her long ponytail casually tossed over one shoulder as she looks out the windows in front of her.
Although her followers were no doubt impressed by the move, it looks like it failed to impress her dog, Gram, who is asleep at the other end of her yoga mat.

In another recent Instagram video set to Rema’s “Calm Down,” the fittest Internet celebrity on the platform put her toned booty on display in yet another video as she stretched one leg back over her head. She’s wearing nothing but a zebra-printed bikini and tiny bottoms that are barely visible in the fading sunlight.
“Never lose the kid in you,” she wrote in the caption, adding, “There’s something so special about NYC sunsets – @moinianliving with the best views in town #liveatsky.”
